Domestic Shipping
This service is provided by Australia Post and there are no tracking options available. This is the most cost efficient method of shipping within Australia. There is a one cost for all locations of $3.95. There is no signature required on delivery therefore we take no responsibility for safe delivery.

This service is same day dispatch/delivery for Melbourne residents. Please note the order needs to be received and dispatched by 11am for same day delivery.
International Shipping
International Delivery is available on most items and costs will vary on the location. There are two international shipping methods available:
Delivery Time
Two to five business days for domestic orders and seven to ten business days for international orders. After placing your order you will be able to view your order details in the order summary in Your Account. If for any reason we are unable to fill your order you will be notified within two business days.
Calculating Cost
We will charge a flat rate for domestic and International shipping.
Tracking your Package
If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by using Your Account. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in Your Account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. Undeliverable Packages
Packages are occasionally returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding any shipping charges). If you think your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 3 weeks from estimated delivery date, please contact us.
