We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from VirtualriderHD. If you are not satisfied with a purchased item, you may return the product within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any applicable shipping, handling or other charges. Items must be returned in as new condition with all relevant paperwork to ensure a full credit.

Credit Payment will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Payment will be made within 15 days of receiving your returned item. Shipping costs will be returned if it is a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item please contact our Customer Service Department within 15 days of delivery and supply your order number and item description from your original receipt confirmation e-mail. We will do everything we can to replace the item in a timely manner and cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping. Returning an Item

• Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.

• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
